as I went to answer the door, the driver was photographing and turning away, and DID NOT NEED A SIGNATURE! please find a more reliable courier! I could not find any contact to be able to leave instructions for finding my house and I was just about to call Picture Frames to try and sort the matter out the next day, when the delivery turned up with no prior warning. the parcel did not arrive and I got a message to say they could not find my house! by this time I was angry as the frame was for a gift, and now it would be late for the occasion. Idid manage eventually to reorganise delivery when I could be in.
no card was left telling me what to do and I ended up on a very unhelpful automated phone call. the first time they messaged with a time slot and said a signature was needed (I have never had to sign for a frame before) so Ihad to stay in for the delivery.I then got a message to say that the delivery was cancelled, so I went out - delivery was attempted while was out and not left as there was no one in to sign.
